OBLO Living, or simply OBLO, is a brand by RT-RK that provides world-class home automation (HA) solutions to service operators, consumer electronics distributors/retailers, and installers.

OBLO Living combines end-to-end software solution for home automation with in-house developed home automation devices to cover lighting, security, safety, energy management and other aspects of the fast-growing home automation market.

In 2010 our team started with a big mission – to make everyday life easier. The first idea was to provide solution for remote control of lights which is why we kicked-off development of a simple point solution for lighting control

Start of a still ongoing partnership with Aling-Conel, regional leader in production of safe electrical installation solutions

Certification and launch of point solution for lighting control in real estate developers market segment

Development of whole-home solution based on gateway device, which enables end users to control their devices from mobile clients in local network

Implementation of cloud service, a technology that allows home control outside local network together with support for different home automation protocols like ZigBee, Z-Wave and IP

First deployments of OBLO home automation end-to-end solution for distributors Schwaiger (DACH region) and TELE System (Italy)

Further expansion of OBLO solutions in real estate developers and service operators market segments
